Automated Pool Cleaners

There are people who think that pools are merely in-ground and above ground holes that are filled with water. On the face of it, it may seem so but in fact there is a lot more to a pool that just that. Things like dirt, twigs, leaves, frogs, dead insects and unidentified debris pose a constant risk of pool water contamination.

But with the advancement in technology, automated or robotic pool cleaners have found there way in the market. These come with sensitive cleaners and are programmed to do just one thing which is to clean your pool water. They have a waterproof cord attached that floats with them. The rear end of this cord is attached to an electrical outlet. Robotic pool cleaners can be controlled by a remote control or let on its own to do its job.

These creep along the pool floor and suck debris which is collected in the bag. Once the bag is full, all you have to do is to pull the cleaner out, empty the contents of the bag, load the bag and it the pool cleaner back in the pool for cleaning.

Robotic pool cleaners have cartridges and filter bags that it uses to capture different kinds of debris and particles that may be as small as 5 to 2 microns in terms of size. Pool cleaners also conserve water as debris is contained within the bags which do not require backwashing for cleaning.
